What happens once you make an order from your home?

  All orders include a tracking code that we will send you by email.

  3.Keep track of your order

  You can change the destination and delivery time using the tracking code. Follow the route your order takes on the "My Account" page.

The moment you place an order on our website, our comprehensive processing system forwards the order to our department stores, where a dedicated team takes care of carefully selecting your products, packaging your order and transferring it to our parcel departure dock.

Our order shipping service, which leaves our warehouses twice a day, takes care of tracking the order, synchronizing the data with your customer account on our website, and notifying you of shipping updates regarding your order via email and SMS so that you can receive your order when you are present at your home address.

MRW Shipping Company:

All orders shipped with MRW include a tracking code. MRW will also keep you apprised of the ongoing status of your shipment via email and SMS.

ASM - GLS:

How can I return my order?

What do I need to do to return my order?

Don't worry, if something's gone wrong, we'll take care of everything.

Send the product back in the same packaging it arrived in with the invoice or delivery note it shipped with. We recommend that your return it via post, as this is the most affordable method. Note that used products cannot be returned.

We also offer the you the option of home picking up using a shipping carrier (this involves an additional fee that is deducted from the amount of your order when you are reimbursed).

As soon as we receive the order, our team will contact you to proceed with your refund, using the same payment method you originally employed to make the purchase.
